1. SERVICES
Picsani LLC provides professional photography, videography, wedding coverage, branding sessions, and content creation services for brands, individuals, and events.
All services are customized according to the client’s selected package, written agreement, and agreed project scope.
2. BOOKING, PAYMENTS & NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY
2.1 Retainer / Deposit
A non-refundable retainer (typically 30% unless otherwise agreed in writing) is required to secure the event date or project start date. Dates are not reserved until the retainer is received.
2.2 Non-Refundable Policy
All retainers and payments made to Picsani LLC are strictly non-refundable, including in cases of cancellation, date changes, rescheduling, change of scope, or client decision.
2.3 Payment Plans
If a payment plan is agreed upon, the client remains fully responsible for completing all scheduled payments regardless of cancellation. Failure to complete payments may result in service cancellation and forfeiture of all prior payments.
3. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
If the client requests to reschedule, Picsani LLC will attempt to accommodate the new date subject to availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and additional fees may apply.
If Picsani LLC must cancel due to illness, emergency, or force majeure, we may provide a qualified replacement professional or refund payments received excluding delivered services.
Picsani LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
4. DELIVERABLES & TURNAROUND TIMES
4.1 Weddings

Turnaround times may vary depending on season, workload, and project scope.
4.2 Commercial & Content Creation
Delivery timelines are defined in the individual project agreement.
Picsani LLC is not responsible for delays caused by late client approvals, incomplete information, feedback delays, or external factors beyond our control.
5. ARTISTIC DISCRETION
Picsani LLC retains full creative and artistic discretion over shooting style, editing style, final image selection, storytelling structure, and color grading.
By booking services, clients acknowledge familiarity with Picsani’s artistic style and agree to trust the final creative outcome.
6. COPYRIGHT & USAGE RIGHTS
6.1 Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Picsani LLC retains full copyright ownership of all photographs and video content created.
Clients receive a personal-use or commercial-use license as specified in their agreement.
6.2 Client Usage
Wedding clients may print and share images for personal use and post on social media with credit to Picsani.
Commercial clients may use content within the agreed licensing terms.
6.3 Marketing Rights
Picsani LLC reserves the right to use delivered photos and videos for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, competitions, awards, and promotional materials.
If confidentiality is required, a written agreement must be executed prior to service.
7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients agree to provide accurate schedules, obtain venue permissions, ensure cooperation of participants, and secure required third-party licenses if applicable.
Picsani LLC is not responsible for missed coverage due to timeline deviations, guest interference, venue restrictions, or late starts.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Picsani LLC’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the contracted services.
Picsani LLC is not responsible for emotional distress, lost profits, indirect damages, or third-party claims.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
Picsani LLC is not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, illness, equipment failure, theft, or acts of God.
10. SMS MESSAGING TERMS & COMPLIANCE

Program Description:
This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with Picsani LLC through our website at www.picsani.com, or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.

Cancellation Instructions:
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the +1 321-352-3598. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
